The dining room
High arches, ceiling and wall paintings give a unique character and atmosphere to Stadshuskällaren’s grand dining room. Here, the present and the past meet through a careful renovation and a collaboration with Jonas Bolin whose luminaires illuminate the dining room. The dining room can accommodate up to 70 guests. Here you book a table to enjoy our a la carte menu. We also organize theme evenings such as Winemakers Dinner, Nobel evenings, salon evenings and seasonal menus.

Linné's dining room
Our bright and sober dining room provides a fantastic setting for your event, regardless of whether it is a breakfast meeting, a lunch with guests or a party of larger character. The dining room can accommodate up to 90 guests.

Skänken
Skänken is a unique and beautiful room with period features and a ceiling painting by Einar Forseth from 1922. Jonas Bohlin’s modern lamp Star brings the past and the present together. In this room you can sit and enjoy your evening together totally undisturbed.
The solid round table seats a maximum of fourteen guests. Welcome to Skänken for an evening to remember.

Wine bar
Step into our historic bar, where the city’s politicians once gathered for talks and meetings. The bar is a perfect place for a pre-dinner drink or a relaxed afterwork. Here you are invited to a taste experience created by our chef Magnus Santesson, with everything from carefully selected wines and classic drinks to non-alcoholic options, inspired by our philosophy “In the forest. In the city”. You can book one of our seven tables for a more organized evening or just drop by – drop-in spaces are always available for spontaneous visits.

Step behind the scenes and into the heart of the restaurant — the kitchen. This is where we’ve placed our Chef’s Table, with seating for two. You’ll sit at a high bar table with front-row views and enjoy an evening in the company of our chefs and service team.
Here, you’ll be served the kitchen’s tasting menu paired with carefully selected drinks, all while seated just over a metre from the service counter where each dish is plated. It’s a full evening spent with our culinary creators.
