A taste of nature in the city
Our philosophy when it comes to our food has always been to make the most of what nature provides. We appreciate what the different seasons have to offer and design our menu accordingly, be it freshly harvested asparagus or the search for the perfect chanterelle in the forest. Our ambition is to have as little impact on the environment as possible. The Swedish hunting tradition is important for wildlife conservation in that it aims to limit certain populations in order to bring balance to the ecological interaction. That is why we choose to buy our game from Swedish hunters in order to be able to serve meat from free animals that have grown up under natural conditions and furthermore have not impacted negatively on the environment. For us this represents a way to get closer to nature and to offer our customers the opportunity to experience game at a historical site in Stockholm.
